Associate Photographers at Lighthouse Visuals work alongside a creative team capturing professional real estate media for agents and brokerages in active markets. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience, consistent work, creative development, and a long‑term path in the industry.

• No editing late into the night.

We provide the equipment, editing, training, and support team. You focus on improving your craft, capturing great work, and building confidence in the field.

This is a W2 position with competitive commission-based pay tied directly to the work you shoot. Team members are paid biweekly, and there is strong opportunity for growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

You’ll capture professional real estate media including photography, drone, video, and more while working alongside your Market Manager and creative team.

Associate Photographers help create a reliable, high-quality client experience while continuing to grow their technical skills, confidence, and professionalism in the field.
