Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Periodontist to join our team in an on-site role at our centrally located St. Louis, MO location, with a clear pathway to partnership. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases, placing dental implants, performing surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatments, and educating patients on oral health. The Associate Periodontist will collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and ensure patient satisfaction while contributing to the growth and success of the practice.

Qualifications

• Expertise in diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases, including surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Proficiency in placing and restoring dental implants
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and build trust with patients
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in periodontology
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and periodontal specialty training
• Valid dental and specialty licenses to practice in the State of Missouri
• IV conscious sedation credentials is preferred
• Experience in private practice or similar environments is an advantage, though not required
