The Associate People Business Partner (PBP) partners with leaders, managers, and employees to support day‑to‑day human resources activities and foster a positive employee experience. This field role serves as a key People Team representative for assigned corporate and clinic locations, providing HR guidance, supporting employee relations and engagement efforts, and helping leaders effectively manage and develop their teams. Working closely with senior People team members, the Associate People Business Partner helps implement People strategies and programs that support organizational goals, workforce effectiveness, and operational success. Locations include Houston or Dallas.
Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Ability to apply HR policies consistently while balancing employee and business needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels of the organization. Ability to influence and coach managers on routine employee matters.
Ability to gather facts, analyze information, and recommend practical solutions. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prior
