Job summary

Sweetpea Smiles Practice Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Pediatric Dentist for Sugar Land and Richmond, TX. This role supports a 4-day week with opportunities for full- or part-time employment and earnings in the $150K–$360K range based on schedule and production.

You will join a high-demand practice with a strong community reputation, modern tools, and comprehensive sedation options in partnership with an anesthesiology team.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency Program.
• Level 1 and Level 2 sedation credentials.
• Friendly, approachable communication style with children and parents.
• Passion for prevention, education, and doing the right thing clinically.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a gentle, child-centered manner.
• Perform operative dentistry and preventive care, and help families understand the 'why' behind oral health.
• Participate in sedation cases consistent with your training and credentials: Nitrous and oral sedation;IV sedation cases supported by our anesthesiology partner.
• Collaborate with our clinical and admin team to keep visits efficient, upbeat, and positive.
• Contribute your ideas and strengths as we grow—your input matters here.

Position overview
