This role requires a B.S. with over 15 years of experience in pavements, focusing on public sector projects. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, develop proposals, and ensure high client satisfaction. A California PE is desired, and relocation to the Richmond office is required. The salary range is competitive, between $140,000 and $170,000 annually, depending on experience.

• 15+ years of experience in pavements with a public sector focus.
• Lead and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Prepare and win successful proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• California PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
