Associate Pastor of Worship Overview
The Associate Pastor of Worship (APW) at The Church at LifePark will oversee and lead every aspect of the worship ministry at LifePark.
As a leader and shepherd, the APW will model a mature relationship with Christ, prepare and lead in weekly worship services, and develop and position other team members to do so as well. The role requires a blend of shepherding, administration, leadership, musical, and creative gifts to support the vision of the Senior Pastor.

Additionally, the APW sets the spiritual tone for the Production Director, Music Director, Associate Worship Leader, and the worship team, leading in authenticity, humility, and excellence, and coaching their spiritual formation.
