Job summary

LeaveAMark Church seeks an Associate Pastor of Family Ministries to shepherd families and lead cradle-to-young-adults ministries. You will equip parents to disciple children, recruit and pastor volunteer leaders, and align Family Ministries with the church-wide mission.

This role focuses on pathways for spiritual growth at home and in the church. You will develop discipleship pathways, build healthy ministry environments, and collaborate with a dedicated pastoral team to impact generations for

Qualifications

• Experience leading family ministries across cradle to young adults.
• Ability to equip parents to disciple children biblically.
• Proven track record in recruiting and mentoring volunteer leaders.
• Strong discipleship and systems-thinking for church growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral leadership and oversight to all Family Ministries (Cradle to Young Adults).
• Equip and resource parents to be the primary spiritual leaders of their children.
• Recruit, train, and pastor Nursery, PreSchool, Kids, Student, and Young Adults Ministry leaders.
• Develop and implement clear discipleship pathways for kids, students, and families.
• Oversee all Family Ministry environments, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and biblically grounded.
• Collaborate with the Pastoral staff and other ministries to align Family Ministries with the church's mission.
• Plan and execute family-focused events, camps, and milestone moments that grow faith.
• Ensure safety policies, check-in systems, and child protection procedures are followed.
