Job summary

Learfield is seeking a part‑time Associate Coordinator to support on‑campus operations for Virginia Commonwealth University. This role is essential for delivering partnership commitments, coordinating gameday execution, and managing sponsorship fulfillment in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work closely with university partners, athletics staff, and the Learfield Sports Properties team, handling reporting, data entry, and basic analysis while providing general office support and client

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the school
• Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in‑venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays
• Support fulfillment of on‑ and off‑field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint
• Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis
• Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client/partner interactions
• Provide general office and administrative support
• Assist with gameday program sales
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed

This role is critical to delivering on our partnership commitments and supporting game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative operations.
