Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking a Part‑Time Associate in our retail store to engage customers, provide exceptional service, and help customers select Sleep Number mattresses with adjustable firmness and related features.

You will work with the sales team to deliver a positive shopping experience, explain product benefits, and contribute to meeting store goals. Prior customer‑facing experience in high‑end sales is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to engage with customers and communicate product benefits.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized Sleep Number assistance to help them choose the right mattress.
• Support the sales team to ensure a smooth shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly, including Sleep Number's adjustable firmness and IoT tech.
• Help coordinate and communicate part‑time scheduling and store coverage.
• Remain knowledgeable about Bluetooth technology and relatedSleep Number platforms.

Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required
