Job summary

Capstone Enterprises LLC seeks an Associate, Outreach & Events to support building and maintaining our expert network, engaging C-Suite executives and government contacts, and coordinating high-profile events in Washington, DC. This full-time role focuses on stakeholder relations for private equity projects and cross-functional collaboration with content strategy and research teams.

Candidates should have 1+ year experience, preferably in events, strong communication and time-management skills,

• 1–3 years of relevant experience; expert network or Hill scheduling preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and/or Cvent is a plus.

Capstone’s outreach and events team is responsible for helping build, develop, and maintain our expert network for industry experts, C-Suite executives, members of the Administration, and more. Our team is responsible for creating and executing multiple events, developing relationships with high level contacts, managing stakeholder relations for private equity projects, and more. Candidate should have at least one year of experience, preferably a background in events, excellent time-management skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Act as Capstone’s official liaison with C-Suite executives, Congressional offices, associations, and more* Grow Capstone’s network of experts* Own stakeholder engagement during private equity projects* Design and execute surveys* Partner with content strategy to support Capstone’s marketing efforts* Support research team and stakeholder engagement during private equity projects* Work closely with private equity sales team to understand client needs and execute on building relationships that will be most impactful for their business needs **Desired Skills and Competencies:** * Experience designing surveys using systems like Qualtrics* Ability to interact professionally with senior government officials* Ability to multitask/manage multiple short-term and mid-term length private equity projects* Strong written and oral communication skills* Strong client servicing and interpersonal skills* Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly* Adaptability and organizational skills* Understanding of financial markets a plus* Understanding of US healthcare industry a plus* Time management **Education and Experience Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, with high academic achievement* One to three years of relevant experience, prior expert network or Hill scheduling experience is highly preferred* Experience with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce) and/or Cvent a plus* Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $65,000-$80,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool. This position is based in our Washington D.C. office.
