We're hiring a capital markets professional to drive business development across both sides of our marketplace: sourcing and structuring assets off‑chain, and building investor demand on‑chain. Coverage spans Figure Connect, Figure Markets, $YLDS, Home Equity, and Automobile.
The role is deliberately hybrid. Roughly half the job is external, originating and managing relationships with clients, partners, and counterparties. The other half is internal, working alongside the capital markets team on execution and on the analytical and structuring work that supports live transactions.
