Job summary

Hëda seeks a licensed optometrist for a private practice in Pinedale, Wyoming. This full-time role covers two locations with a revenue-sharing bonus and potential for additional earnings through an extra site up to 25k per year.

The starting base salary is 150k with the possibility of increasing to 175k, plus a retirement plan, health benefits, PTO, and student loan repayment support.

Qualifications

• Licensed optometrist (OD) in good standing.
• Ability to provide comprehensive eye care across two locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometry services at private practice locations.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver patient-centered eye care.
• Participate in revenue-sharing compensation and multi-site scheduling.

I also have possible student loan payment option through Vision Source but that has to be verified. In addition, I have another location that the doc can work at (has to travel 100 miles) for extra 25k per year. So base salary could be as high as 175k if willing to work extra day at different location.SOURCING CHANNEL: ODs on Finance (50/50 Direct Placement Split)
