Job summary

Pearle Vision Grand Junction is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver exceptional eye care and lead NECE execution in our clinic. You will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to maintain a safe, motivating environment that fosters growth and patient satisfaction.

You will train and coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols, ensure accurate diagnoses, and support high-quality patient outcomes while collaborating with store staff to drive success.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead the execution of NECE and patient care.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and audits.
• Supervise staff and participate in performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve store goals.
