Family Vision Care and Contact Lenses in Roseville, CA is seeking an Associate Optometrist devoted to patient-centered care and community outreach. You will provide full-scope optometric services in line with California guidelines, typically seeing 16–18 patients per doctor in a day.

The position starts at 24–32 hours per week for 90 days, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role of 32–44 hours per week, and requires Doctor of Optometry, CA license, DEA and TPA

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree in good standing.
• Active California optometry license.
• DEA and TPA certifications.
• Comfortable working with children.
• No criminal record or civil action suits related to optometry.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometric care in accordance with California state guidelines.
• See 16–18 patients per doctor per day.
• Maintain accurate records and complete self-audits.
• Participate in practice development and administrative responsibilities.
