Hëda in Midlothian, Virginia seeks a full-time associate optometrist to join our private practice team this summer. The W-2 compensation is production-based, with predictable hours from 10:00 to 19:00 Mon-Thu and 10:00 to 18:00 on Fri.

No on-call and no weekend patients, working alongside a seasoned OD team in a full-scope practice. Heavy myopia management is common, with a supportive staff and modern equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometry care to patients in a private practice setting.
• Manage heavy myopia and related conditions as part of routine eye care.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver consistent patient care.

W-2 compensation; Production-based. Their predictable hours will be 10-7 Monday through Thursday and 10-6 on Fridays. No on-call and no patients on weekends.They will work alongside myself, Norma, and our 10-year associate OD, Jenn. Of course, you will be supported by a team of great people and a complement of excellent equipment.We practice full-scope.
