Job summary

Eyetastic Services in Midlothian, VA, seeks an energetic associate optometrist to join a well-established private practice starting immediately upon credentialing. You will deliver comprehensive eye exams using state-of-the-art equipment and play a key role in glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye care.

The schedule runs Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday 10am-6pm. The compensation starts above $160,000 with production bonuses, plus a strong benefits package including 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Valid state optometry license or active license in progress.
• Strong clinical skills for ocular health examinations and disease management.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ocular health exams and communicate findings clearly.
• Diagnose and manage eye diseases, including glaucoma and macular issues.
• Educate patients on eyewear options and contact lenses.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver compassionate patient care.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced practice.
