Job summary

Opticare Vision Centers is a Cincinnati-area practice seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care using advanced tools like fundus cameras, OCT and topography. You will diagnose, treat, and manage patient vision health with a patient-centered approach.

The role supports full- and part-time schedules (36–40 hrs or 25 or fewer), enabling ~15–16 exams daily with 2–3 follow-up visits. Join a collaborative team focused on quality care and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Licensed optometrist in Ohio
• Graduate from an accredited optometry school
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care to a diverse patient base.
• Fit and evaluate contact lens modalities.
• Maintain detailed electronic health records and communicate with patients effectively.
• Supervise the design, fitting and dispensing of ophthalmic materials.
• Cover emergency calls when necessary.
