Job summary

Target Optical, part of Luxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a Subleasing doctor. You will provide high-quality eye care and contribute to a patient-centered vision team in a private independent setting.

Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor. Flexible scheduling and full scope of OD work are emphasized, with OD equipment and support available.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry licensed or eligible to practice.
• Ability to work in a private independent Target Optical practice.
• Excellent patient communication and clinical skills.
• Flexibility for part-time scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor on treatment plans.
• Maintain full scope of practice within the stated model.
• Utilize Revolution EHR and pre-testing support where available.

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
