Job summary

Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join a thriving ophthalmology practice in a collaborative, non-corporate environment. The role emphasizes surgical co-management and ocular disease, with modern diagnostic equipment at two locations and strong team support.

The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 plus a signing bonus and performance bonuses. Full-time preferred; part-time options available, Monday–Friday, with a balanced schedule and generous

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
• Willingness to practice full-scope optometry

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
• Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
• Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
• Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
