Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited school.
• Active Connecticut optometry license is required.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Additional languages, particularly Polish or Spanish, are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope medical eye care.
• Manage glaucoma and ocular disease.
• Provide pediatric eye care and InfantSEE.
• Support patients through comprehensive eye exams and co-management with surgical procedures when applicable.
