Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join a private Independent practice affiliated with Luxottica. You will provide comprehensive optometric care within a subleasing doctor’s office and work under an agreed practice model, with pay and hours negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Base compensation is determined by experience, with potential for bonus/commissions, and a total rewards package including health care and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Doctor of Optometry in good standing.
• Ability to provide comprehensive optometric care with professional autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometric care to patients within the practice.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and accommodate part-time or full-time commitments as negotiated.
