Master Eye Associates is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to join our established optometry practice serving the Memphis and Mid-South area. You will provide comprehensive eye exams, monitor ocular disease, and fit contact lenses within a patient-focused, autonomous setting.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$150,000 per year, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, guaranteed minimum income during transition, and a flexible 4- or 5-day work week, with employer-paid malpractice
