Job summary

Target Optical in Harker Heights, TX is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and patient services in a fast-paced practice.

You will diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions, mentor staff, and collaborate with the store team to uphold brand standards. Candidates must be licensed in TX, graduate of accredited Optometry program, and DPA/TPA certified; experience with current optometric technology preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and strive to exceed KPI targets.
• Support brand recognition as leading optical provider in the community.
