Job summary

Cencora, Inc. in Buford, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle order fulfillment, stocking, picking and packing for distribution. You’ll use RF scanning equipment, verify shipments, and keep a clean, safe work area in a climate-controlled facility.

This 2nd shift role offers starting pay of $19.00 per hour with potential up to $23.03, plus incentives and referral bonuses. High school diploma required; warehouse experience preferred; overtime is common to support real-time delivery.

Job Details Summary of role

Under direct supervision, handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in warehouses with varying degrees of automation according to established standards. Performs in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures. This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.

2nd shift - Sunday 3pm-finish, Monday - Thursday 5:30pm-finish | 3930 Mason Mill Rd, Buford, GA 30518

Pay

Pay starting at $19.00 with potential for up to $23.03 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Skills and knowledge

Able to work in climate-controlled facility. Ability to read and understand the English language Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards. Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important. Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery) Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis. Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less) Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Physical requirements

Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift) Ability to stand for long periods of time
