Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise displays and store layout, creating eye‑catching and attractive presentations.
• Encourage sales and provide a memorable shopping environment.
• Develop unique displays for sale items, new merchandise, or exclusive designs.
• Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stock.
• Own the back‑of‑house execution while maintaining a clean and organized selling floor and stockroom.
• Drive brand awareness, setting a mood within our physical space.
• Maintain high performance truck check‑in standards, expediting receiving and processing of merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise to departments per visual directives and replenish product as needed.
• Participate in ongoing maintenance of the selling floor and fitting rooms, including re‑sizing fixtures, executing markdowns, and signing fixtures and windows per company standards.
• Ensure proper display compliance with brand standards and expedite transfers, customer sends, and returns to vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back‑of‑house areas and complete duties timely.
• Respond appropriately to customer questions, inquiries, and needs.
• Assist on the sales floor when required.
• Adhere to asset protection control and compliance procedures.
• Efficiently complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience executing warehouse duties within a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Proven time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and passion for sharing expertise.
• Ability to act promptly in routine situations and devise clear action plans for positive customer outcomes.
• Experience operating equipment such as radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
• Effective use of inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Diligent, enthusiastic, and collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $16.50 and $18.50 per hour; base pay may vary based on factors such as market location and experience. Additional compensation may include medical, financial or other benefits such as 401(k) eligibility and paid time off.
