Job summary
Wesco is hiring immediately for Warehouse workers in Avondale, AZ. We teach distribution and supply chain techniques used by Fortune 250 firms. You’ll handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, light assembly, and basic area maintenance.
A Day in The Life includes logging shipments, inbound handling, verifying returns, moving material, preparing packing lists, and loading outbound trucks. No experience required; high school degree preferred; you must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for

- No experience required/ entry level.
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.
- Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
- Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts

Compensation Details: $17.35 - $20.82 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
