Job summary

Cotality, a leading property intelligence company, is seeking a detail-oriented data production specialist to join our Dallas-area team. You will process high-volume requests, support client services, and ensure data integrity across property loans and workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education may be considered.
• 1+ years in a high-volume data production, client service, or office ops role.
• Basic understanding of client operations and workflow adherence.
• Proven digital literacy to learn multiple internal software applications.
• High attention to detail with accurate alphanumeric data entry.
• Strong collaborative skills to work in a team under supervision.
• Basic understanding of financial, property-related, or loan documentation preferred.

Job Description

• Deliver exceptional client service and support within a high-volume production environment, ensuring all actions adhere to established company and client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage assigned processing queues, workflows, and task inventories effectively to meet daily operational deadlines and mitigate risk for property loans.
• Conduct intricate data research, querying, and verification by utilizing internal departments, public agencies, clients, and advanced third-party subscriptions.
• Analyze, manipulate, and synthesize complex information from multiple sources to fill missing data gaps, maintain data integrity, and resolve basic property-related operational challenges.
• Apply data accurately to workflow applications, forms, and databases to streamline processing operations and optimize client outcomes.
• Handle client service requests and basic customer inquiries with strong verbal and written communication, providing transparent status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, tax cases, and service resolutions according to defined business procedures.
• Collaborate actively within a team environment to share workload demands, manage operational peaks, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume data production, client service, or office operations environment preferred (relevant higher education may be considered in lieu of experience).
• Basic understanding of client operations, customer service principles, and workflow adherence required.
• Proven digital literacy with an intermediate aptitude to navigate, query, and learn multiple internal software applications simultaneously required.
• High attention to detail with a track record of accurately entering and verifying alphanumeric data required.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment under direct supervision required.
• Basic understanding of financial, property-related, or loan documentation preferred.

Annual Pay Range

34,400 - 43,680 USD
