Job summary

Eastdil Secured in San Francisco seeks an Associate to focus on multifamily transactions. You will oversee underwriting, create and execute marketing collateral, and provide hands-on training and oversight to Analysts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial real estate, with preference for institutional-grade multifamily assets, strong Excel modeling, and excellent written and verbal communication. Licensure appropriate to the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, advisory, or a combination of both.
• Prior work experience with institutional-grade multifamily assets is preferred.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to perform in a demanding, collaborative, team environment.
• Licensed as appropriate in the respective region.

Responsibilities

• Management of comprehensive real estate valuation and transaction structure analysis with support from team of Analysts

• Prepare presentations and other materials for clients, including pitch, proposal, and marketing collateral

Eastdil Secured is seeking an Associate to join our San Francisco office. This role will focus primarily on multifamily transactions. Responsibilities will include overseeing the underwriting process, creation and execution of marketing collateral, process execution, and providing hands‑on training and oversight of a team of Analysts.

Essential Functions

• Management of comprehensive real estate valuation and transaction structure analysis with support from team of Analysts

Education and Qualifications

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize real estate investment opportunities within the framework of relevant microeconomic and macroeconomic factors
• Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high‑quality work under tight time frames
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to conclusion within agreed upon deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to perform in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment
