Job Description

As part of the Athletic Training/Medical Department, the Associate Minor League Athletic Trainer supports the prevention, care, treatment, and rehabilitation, under the supervision of a certified/licensed Athletic Trainer, for all athletic injuries and illnesses incurred by Milwaukee Brewers Minor League players. Informs Minor League Head Athletic Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Field Manager, and Coaches daily of all injuries and medical conditions of all players.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete all treatment and individual rehabs before workouts and games.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical information and medical files on players and staff in the MLB Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Be present at all workouts and games through the championship season.

The ideal candidate will ideally have prior baseball experience at the professional level. Bi-lingual candidates with the ability to speak Spanish are preferred.
