Job summary

Syndicatebleu is seeking an Associate Merchandise Planner for a contracted role in the Orlando area. The position combines merchandise planning, inventory management, and financial analysis with an emphasis on assortment strategy. Hybrid work is offered with in-office Monday–Thursday and remote Friday.

Duration runs from September 2026 to March 2027, with a possibility of extension based on performance. The ideal candidate has early-career retail experience and strong Excel/analytical skills

Qualifications

• Internship or early-career experience in retail, merchandise planning, allocation, finance, inventory, or a related area
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• A basic understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, margin, inventory turn, and sell-through
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle, FlexPLM, merchandise-planning tools, or similar systems is a plus.

Pay: $28/hour
