Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or other qualified degree.
• Licensure in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT.
• Clear path to licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by July 1, 2027.
• Experience providing behavioral health services across all ages using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages.
• Onsite at Portland office; full-time W-2 employee.
• Complete 22 sessions per week with 28 scheduled to account for cancellations.
• Support associates toward licensure with supervision and growth opportunities.
