A leading health system in Lee's Summit is seeking a Medical Physics professional to provide critical functions in the Radiation Oncology department. This full-time position requires a Master's degree and 2 years of applicable experience. The incumbent will work under the supervision of a board certified physicist, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Provides all functions relative to Medical Physics in the Radiation Oncology department. As this position does not require certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics by the American Board of Radiology the incumbent will perform their duties under the supervision of a board certified physicist. The Chief Physicist will certify which duties the incumbent can perform independently.
