The position offers a balanced 50/50 mix of clinical and administrative duties, with opportunities to shape recruitment and mentorship for psychiatric providers within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry (adult or child/adolescent).
• Experience in crisis stabilization or inpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to balance clinical duties with administrative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU with nursing and support staff.
• Provide direct patient care including assessments, diagnoses, and medication management.
• Maintain a 50/50 split between clinical work and administrative responsibilities.
• Lead recruitment efforts and serve as a consultant for incoming psychiatric providers.
