  • Project Management: Own project correspondence, issue tracking, decisions, and direction across assigned projects. Champion standardized design tools. Manage team workload and capacity to deliver projects on time and within budget. Lead engineering analysis in support of sales pursuits and early-stage design. Define and manage scope, design intent, and design process with minimal oversight. Anticipate and manage changes in scope, schedule, budget, or client expectations. Demonstrate command of overall project objectives and drive creative, resourceful solutions to complex challenges.
  • Design: Serve as a technical authority in mechanical systems design, including calculations, airside and piping systems, equipment selection, and multidisciplinary coordination. Independently perform, direct, and review engineering calculations, design, and drafting tasks across the project lifecycle. Oversee and contribute to design drawings and building information models. Lead coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Drive process and technology improvement initiatives. Lead investigation, evaluation, and troubleshooting of complex systems. Present and advocate for design direction, system selection, energy conservation, and cost-saving strategies.
