Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to assist in planning, design, control, and continuous improvement of integrated manufacturing processes and systems to produce quality, cost-effective products that meet approved methods and regulatory requirements.

You will support senior engineers in engineering manufacturing processes, develop production prototype units, assist in equipment proposals, and help train operators while maintaining records and safeguarding

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and/or relevant experience.
• Must be available to work across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing equipment purchase proposals by studying plans and requirements.
• Assists with equipment cost projections by analyzing investment, return, and savings.
• Assists in monitoring equipment installations by advising crews.
• Prepares operators by assisting with training and providing resources.
• Maintains process integrity by updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
• Maintains equipment records by filing documents and updating the database.
• Protects company information by ensuring confidentiality and advising on breaches.
• All other duties as assigned.
