Job summary

• Research, develop, and implement solutions to improve efficiencies, safety, and employee retention.
• Assist and coordinate the implementation of design changes in the production setting.
• Assist with the definition and creation of assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process and design issues.
• Develop procedures and equipment for manufacturing testing and troubleshooting.
• Assist with tooling and fixtures for production.
• Estimate manufacturing costs and capabilities.
• Lead runoff, delivery, and launch of new/re-tooled equipment for new programs.
• Execute improvement projects aligned to corporate goals (safety, quality, efficiency, delivery).
• Maintain manufacturing data to monitor and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain standard work procedures and best practices.

• Researching, developing, and implementing solutions to improve efficiencies, safety, and employee retention.

• Consulting and assisting in the troubleshooting and resolution process as it applies to manufacturing processes and/or design issues.
