Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Associate Manager, Sourcing - Sweaters in New York to guide product development from concept to production, ensuring design integrity and adherence to calendars and budgets.

You will collaborate with overseas partners, manage costs, and lead a Sourcing Coordinator, contributing to the success of seasonal lines and cross-functional programs in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent functional experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Production.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible/adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based PLM systems.
• Knowledge in sweater yarn, gauges, stitches and sweater construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist to achieve seasonal IMU aligned to corporate financial objectives.
• Support manager to establish target costs and coordinate with overseas counterparts.
• Maintain Bamboo Rose system and manage purchase order releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure samples are on schedule.
• Manage style timing and action calendar and bulk fabric commitments.
• Coordinate development testing and review test results with product integrity team.
• Create and maintain seasonal recap charts and departmental files.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members.
