Mondelez International is seeking an Associate Manager for Shopper Merchandising Solutions in East Hanover, NJ. You will lead end-to-end in-store marketing programs, coordinating PRD, shipper and display development with cross-functional teams to meet brand goals and financial targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of pre-pack display experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships in a hybrid HQ setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pre-pack display design, production, process, and materials (CPG preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to read die lines and print specs.
• Knowledge of substrates and materials used in shopper communications.
• Ability to manage vendor bids, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all financial implications of display programs and impact on P&L.
• Oversee display, PRD, and shipper development, including vendor briefings and structure design.
• Set budgets and feasibility analyses with margins/ROI for programs.
• Lead 2-bid procurement processes and RFPs for new structures.
• Coordinate Demand Planning inputs and address oversell/undersell issues.
• Co-manage production timelines, third-party vendors, and inventory levels.
