In this role, you will strengthen the quality and reliability of discovery portfolio data by leading data operations, quality assurance, and system support activities, while collaborating with Senior Scientific Leadership, Research Program Management, Discovery Scientists, Operational Managers, and IT. Coordinate day-to-day project, program, and portfolio support activities, including tracking work, follow-up, and operational execution.
Partner with Senior Scientific Leadership, Research Program Management, Discovery Scientists, Operational Managers, and IT to align on data and operational needs.
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned data domains, including data structure, business meaning, and downstream impact across the discovery workflow.
Monitor data quality, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions that improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Coordinate data maintenance activities, including backfill, restructuring, and clean-up, to keep discovery portfolio data current and accurate.
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities that strengthen data flow, consistency, and operational execution.
Provide subject matter and technical expertise in PPM systems and tools, including training, testing, and implementation support.
Support team operational forums and stakeholder touchpoints by communicating needs, surfacing follow-up actions, and maintaining alignment.
