As part of the Ryder team, the Associate Manager of Real Estate Portfolio will handle a variety of tasks. They will be responsible for all real estate activities within the region, driving consistent corporate real estate objectives. Responsibilities include requesting brokerage opinions of value (BOVs) and real estate comparables for transactions, attending regional staff meetings, acting as the regional SME for real estate, and liaising with Legal, Environmental, Pricing, Operations, Business Development, and Brokers to ensure timely and policy-compliant transactions. The role also involves continuous process evaluation to eliminate waste.

Evaluate facilities to develop strategic plans, conduct market tests, and continuously improve real estate processes to eliminate waste. Perform other duties as assigned.
