The Associate Manager, Quality Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Redmond, WA. This position oversees quality assurance activities for space propulsion and related systems, ensuring products, processes, and documentation meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading quality inspections, coordinating nonconformance investigations, managing corrective and preventive actions, and supporting root cause analysis. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve quality processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing reports for leadership and customers. The Associate Manager provides guidance to quality staff, supports audits, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and mission success.
