The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in product development within the personal care sector and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development and/or formulation in the personal care industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with controlled document systems and OTC’s (over the counter drugs) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and share detailed product briefs with third-party manufacturers.
• Evaluate new formula submissions for aesthetic and performance fitness.
• Arrange and execute required product testing.
