Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Create build automation and/or build guides for repeatable server builds and deployments.
• Deploy enterprise-wide messaging and collaboration solutions to lower costs and boost end-user productivity.
• Gather, define and organize detailed user and systems requirements.
• Monitor performance and analyze statistics to identify and resolve problems.
• Establish and maintain AX security and business continuity controls.
• Design AX technical infrastructure and integration in client environments.
• Collaborate with Customer IT Operations teams.
• Design performance framework and high-availability architecture.
