Associate Manager, Brand & Consumer Engagement
Job Overview

The Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement Associate Manager contributes to the development, execution and analysis of multiplatform marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive consumer engagement for Universal Television Entertainment properties. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Consumer Engagement, this role sits within the core team responsible for day-to-day and long-term operations for brand, digital and social initiatives, interfacing with key stakeholders on high-priority projects.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to driving marketing efforts across entertainment titles, implementing strategy, managing campaigns, and gathering results to build brand equity, drive consumer engagement and viewership of content.
  • Serve as funnel of information, proactively ascertain information for each title, gather all needed marketing elements, understand day-to-day production needs, show creative, and overall voice of the consumer, especially in context to culture.
  • Collaborate and ideate with key teams (media, social, sales, programming, publicity, production, internal creative, agencies) to help the creation of innovative, impactful multiplatform campaigns that deliver on audience targets and overall goals.
  • Act as point of contact with external agencies and partners, lead communication while building relationships, provide strategic/creative feedback and manage approvals.
  • Maintain project tracking for multiple workstreams and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA
  • 2+ years marketing experience (preferably in the entertainment/media industry) – includes experience in strategy development, campaign execution/management, or social/digital platform fundamentals.
  • Willingness to work overtime, atypical hours and on some weekends with short notice (small amount of travel involved).

Additional Requirements
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
  • This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000.
