Role Description

The Associate Manager role at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse is a full-time, on-site position based in Maplewood, MN. In this role, the Associate Manager supports store leadership in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining visual and operational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and guiding store associates, monitoring floor coverage, assisting with merchandise presentation and replenishment, and helping to execute promotional and marketing initiatives. The Associate Manager also supports opening and closing procedures, ensures adherence to company policies, and helps maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging store environment. This role collaborates closely with management and team members to meet performance goals and provide an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.
