Newk's Eatery in Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking an Associate Manager to lead hourly partners, execute all station responsibilities, and deliver the Newk's Experience with exceptional product quality. This role is with an independently owned franchise restaurant.

You will coach teams, control costs, uphold sanitation and safety, and contribute to profitable daily operations through strong training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to coach hourly staff to maintain quality guest experience.
• Experience with cost control and brand protection in a restaurant setting.
