Job summary

Madewell is seeking an Associate Manager in Bellevue, WA to join a leadership team focused on profitability, customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You will coach teams and provide immediate feedback, while occasionally stepping into other roles to maintain operational excellence.

You will partner with the Store Director to maximize store performance across divisions, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.

• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and management team to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.
