Madewell is hiring an Associate Manager in Bellevue, WA. You will be a key part of the leadership team, focusing on profitability, customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement.

You'll provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance. While you will own a key area of the business, you will also be expected to step into other roles to maintain operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Have 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.

Hourly Range: $29.25 - $36.50
