McKesson is seeking an Associate Maintenance Technician in Memphis to assist with upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment. You will contribute to a safe and efficient working environment by addressing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs on a daily basis.

The role requires 1–2 years in maintenance or facilities, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary – McKesson is seeking an Associate Maintenance Technician .

The Associate Maintenance Technician will assist in the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to and troubleshoot maintenance requests, including minor repairs to building infrastructure, equipment, and fixtures.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and installations.
• Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep tasks.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, and climbing ladders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Education & Work Experience

• Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• May have degree or equivalent.

Working Conditions

• Shift – This is a shift position. Will work 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
• Onsite – 4971 Southridge, Suite 101, Memphis, TN 38141.
• Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted – This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
