Samaritan's Purse in North Wilkesboro, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate to join the Facilities team. The role involves maintaining buildings and grounds, performing painting and lawn equipment maintenance, and keeping maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance and grounds, including painting and lawn equipment maintenance.

• Develop and improve skills in building maintenance through approved training sessions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies.
• Attend daily devotions and participate in prayer support for the ministry.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate to join our Facilities team in North Wilkesboro, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of a Maintenance Technician Associate,you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ

Follow daily assignments regarding the maintenance of buildings and grounds, including painting, grounds care and lawn equipment maintenance.

Keep accurate records for maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.

Review daily work lists with Maintenance Supervisor at the end of each workday.

Develop and improve skills in all aspects of building maintenance through participation in all approved training sessions.

Maintain a safe work environment. Perform all work in a safe manner and follow all associated safety guidelines.

Load and unload various equipment and supplies.

Follow policies and procedures of Samaritan's Purse as set forth in the Policy Manual.

Attend daily morning devotions and participate in prayer support for the ministry, its donors and volunteers.

Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the public.
